Solomon was born about 1883 in Austrain Subject.1   Solomon's father was Isaac STEER and his mother was Annie STEER. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Davis, Simon, Morris, Rosa, Rebecca and Nilly.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
