Rosa was born about 1881 in Austrain Subject.1   Rosa's father was Isaac STEER and her mother was Annie STEER. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Davis, Solomon, Simon, Morris, Rebecca and Nilly.  She was the second oldest of the seven children.
