Ruth E STEER

Ruth E was born about 1886 in Westerham, Kent.¹ Ruth E's father was Arthur STEER and her mother was Fanny STEER. Her maternal grandparents were William BEST and Frances BEST. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, George, Edward C, Fanny, Florrie and Lilian M. She was the third youngest of the seven children.
