George STEER

George was born about 1883 in Warlingham, Surrey.¹ George's father was Arthur STEER and his mother was Fanny STEER. His maternal grandparents were William BEST and Frances BEST. He had two brothers and four sisters, named John, Edward C, Fanny, Florrie, Ruth E and Lilian M. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
