Harvey was born about 1897 in Kingsbridge, Devon.1   Harvey's father was Ernest STEER and his mother was Ellen Harvey.  His maternal grandfather was George HARVEY and his maternal grandmother is <Unknown>. He had a brother named Stafford.  He was the older of the two children.
