Frank STEER

Frank was born about 1882 in Newton Abbot, Devonshire.¹   Frank's father was Thomas STEER and his mother was Sarah Thorn.  His paternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>; his maternal grandfather was William THORN and his maternal grandmother is <Unknown>. He had three brothers named John T, Fred and Albert.  He was the second oldest of the four children.
