Francis STEER 
Francis was born about 1850 in Crediton Devon.1 Francis' father was Robert STEER and his mother was Jane STEER. His maternal grandfather was John ELSTON and his maternal grandmother is <Unknown>. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John, Henry, Elizabeth, Emma and Lucy. He was the third youngest of the six children.General Notes
