Francis STEER

Francis was born about 1890 in Clist St George, Devonshire.¹ Francis' father was John Lewis STEER and his mother was Emily Cowd Davey. His maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, James Davey, Ada Emily and Florence Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the five children.
