Florence Elizabeth was born about 1883 in Clist St George, Devonshire.1   Florence Elizabeth's father was John Lewis STEER and her mother was Emily Cowd Davey.  Her maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. She had three brothers and a sister, named John, James Davey, Francis and Ada Emily.  She was the second oldest of the five children.
