Fanny was born about 1889 in Clapham London.1   Fanny's father was John STEER and her mother was Fanny STEER. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Alfred, John, William, Charlie, George, Ernest, Annie, Amy and Ethel.  She was the fifth oldest of the ten children.
