Encer STEER

Encer was born about 1890 in Birmingham Warwickshire.¹ Encer's father was Encer STEER and his mother was Eliza STEER. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Ernest, Henry, Frederick, Elsie, Lily M and Casy. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
