Elsie STEER

Elsie was born about 1889 in Birmingham Warwickshire.¹ Elsie's father was Encer STEER and her mother was Eliza STEER. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Ernest, Henry, Encer, Frederick, Lily M and Casy. She was the third oldest of the seven children.
