Edwin Henry was born about 1869 in Berriew, Montgomeryshire.1   Edwin Henry's father was John STEER and his mother was Ellen STEER. He had a brother and two sisters, named Robert Ernest, Elizabeth Kate and Emma Edith.  He was the second oldest of the four children.
