Edwd Fredck was born about 1887 in Bovey Tracey Devon.1   Edwd Fredck's father was John STEER and his mother was Julia STEER. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Wm Walter, John Charles, Alfred Davis, James Harris, Frances Mary and Lilly Elizabeth.  He was the second youngest of the seven children.
