Constance was born about 1895 in Froyle Hampshire.1   Constance's father was Edgar STEER and her mother was Ellen STEER. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Henry, Bonham, Gladstone, Patience, Blanche and Adelaide.  She was the third youngest of the seven children.
