Blanche was born about 1890 in Froyle Hampshire.1   Blanche's father was Edgar STEER and her mother was Ellen STEER. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Henry, Bonham, Gladstone, Patience, Constance and Adelaide.  She was the third oldest of the seven children.
