Albert John was born about 1909 in Pearcefield Avene Forest Hill.1   Albert John's father was Edwin STEER and his mother was Harriett Sophia STEER. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William Edwin, Alfred George, Queenie Victoria and Edith Elsie Annie.  He was the youngest of the five children.
