Winifred Knell was born about 1888.1   Winifred Knell's father is Banks and her mother was Charlotte Steer.  Her maternal grandparents were Steer and Sarah STEER. She had two brothers and a sister, named Arthur, Roland and Jessie.  She was the oldest of the four children.  Winifred Knell is no longer alive.
