Arthur was born about 1891 in Loughborough Leicestershire.1   Arthur's father is Banks and his mother was Charlotte Steer.  His maternal grandparents were Steer and Sarah STEER. He had a brother and two sisters, named Roland, Winifred Knell and Jessie.  He was the second oldest of the four children.  Arthur is no longer alive.
