Emma Letts

Emma was born on March 9th, 1841 in Walton on the Hill, Surrey.¹   Emma's father was William Letts and her mother was Jane Sadler.  Her paternal grandparents were Richard Letts and Hannah Rappley. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Frederick, Joseph, Ann, Mary and Martha.  She was the second youngest of the six children.  She died at the age of 71 in 1912 in Epsom.²
