Hester Francina Winterbach 
Hester was born on January 3rd, 1897 in Haenertsburg, Limpopo,SA.1 Hester's father was Louis George von Bratt Winterbach and her mother was Hester Aletta Schutte. Her paternal grandparents were Dirk Jacobus Winterbach and Hester Francina Elizabetha Verster. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Dirk, Fanie, Anna, Susanna, Dorathea and Louis. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 79 on April 8th, 1976 in Durban. She was cremated in Durban, Stellawood Wall of Remembrance.2 1 -
