Lily was born in 1898. Lily's father was Frederick John BROCKIS and her mother was Emily Maria TOBIAS.  Her maternal grandparents were Joseph TOBIAS and Susannah. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Frederick C, Ernest Edward, Ernest J, Bertie Allen, Bertie Cyril, Ellen E, Constance Mary, Dorothy and Dora Lillian.  She was the third youngest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 1 in 1899.
