  Qld Birth Cert No. 1906/B11989 states that, in 1906, Phyllis Evelyn PALMER was born in Brisbane, Qld.  Her father's name was Arthur John PALMER and her mother's name was May Hetherington PALMER (nee Scurfield).
  

Phyllis' father was Arthur John Palmer and her mother was Mary (May) Hetherington Scurfield. She had a brother and a sister, named Mervyn and Muriel.  She was the youngest of the three children.  She died at the age of 85 on June 10th, 1991 in Brisbane, Qld.  She was buried on June 12th, 1991 in Mt Gravatt Cemetery, Brisbane Qld.²
