Judith, known as Judy, was born on March 31st, 1936 in Brisbane, Qld.1 Judy's father was Brian Anthony Healy and her mother was Phyllis Oxley Boughtwood. Her paternal grandparents were Michael Dwyer Healy and Anne (Annie) Halberstaedter; her maternal grandparents were Harold Victor Boughtwood and Frances (Fanny) Mary Susan Moore. She had a brother and a sister, named Paul and Janice. She was the oldest of the three children. She died by commiting suicide, Self induced poisoning by Barbituates, at the age of 36 on June 15th, 1972 in 4 Durham Street, Dulwich Hill, NSW. The funeral took place on June 20th, 1972 in Northern Suburbs Crematorium and was arranged by Ernest Andrews Pty Ltd - Chatswood NSW. She was cremated on June 20th, 1972 in Northern Suburbs Crematorium.1 1 Death Notes
NSW Death Cert No. 4028/1972 states that, in 1972, Judith Patricia THEN (nee Healy) died in Sydney, NSW. Her Father's name was Brian HEALY and her mother's name was Phillis Oxley HEALY (nee Boughtwood).
