Alice SEWELL 
Alice was born in 1861 in Thorpe Morieux and her baptism took place there on November 9th, 1862. Alice's father was Edward SEWELL and her mother was Ann BIRD. Her maternal grandparents were Isaac BIRD and Susan GRIDLEY. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Edward, Edward, Albert, John, Edward, Eliza and Mary. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She had two half-brothers named Henry and James.-
