James PETT

James was born in 1794 in Stoughton and his baptism took place there on November 23rd, 1794.  James' father was George PETT and his mother was Mary SMITH. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named George, William, John, Elizabeth, Mary, Pheobe, Jane, Lucy, Hannah and Ann.  He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children.
