Frederick MORTLOCK 
Frederick was born on July 16th, 1886 in Bishop's Hall Mill. Frederick's father was William MORTLOCK and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Fanny BARKER. His paternal grandparents were William MORTLOCK and Mary Ann BARNES; his maternal grandparents were Samuel BARKER and Elizabeth. He had six brothers and six sisters, named George, Frank, Walter, Albert, Edgar, Percy, Lily, Minnie, Alice, Ada, Eva and Ethel. He was the fourth youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 39 on April 9th, 1926 in Chelmsford.-
