Frederick was born in 1866 in Orwell.  Frederick's father was John BARLOW and his mother was Sarah Ellen WYNNE.  His paternal grandparents were Frederick BARLOW and Hannah; his maternal grandparents were James WYNNE and Lucy. He had a sister named Elizabeth.  He was the younger of the two children. He had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named Charles, Frank, Watkin, Harry, Walter and Margaret.  He died at the age of 69 in 1935 in Granville.
