Elizabeth Ellen BARLOW

Elizabeth was born in 1864 in Rumney.  Elizabeth's father was John BARLOW and her mother was Sarah Ellen WYNNE.  Her paternal grandparents were Frederick BARLOW and Hannah; her maternal grandparents were James WYNNE and Lucy. She had a brother named Frederick.  She was the older of the two children. She had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named Charles, Frank, Watkin, Harry, Walter and Margaret.
