James Rothwell

James was born in 1854 in Pendlebury.¹   James' father was William Rothwell and his mother was Betsy Partington.  His paternal grandparents were James Rothwell and Mary Nightingale. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William, Richard, Thomas, Emma and Ida.  He was the oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 74 on September 9th, 1928 in Pennsylvania (PA).
