Moses Rostron

Moses was born in September 1869 in Oswaldtwistle.¹

Moses' father was Henry Rostron and his mother was Mary Pickup. He had a sister named Elizabeth. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 45 in December 1914 in Burnley.²

  In 1871, Moses (1) was a "child nephew" of John and Sarah Ormerod at Oswaldtwistle. His mother and sister Elizabeth was with his mother Mary's parents.
  
  In 1890 Moses was Imprisoned for 12 months for receiving stolen property. In 1891 we was still in Preston Prison.
