Anne was born in 1615. Anne's father was Henry O'Brien and her mother was Mary Brereton. Her maternal grandparents were Lord William Brereton and Margaret Savage. She had four sisters named Margaret, Honora, Mary and Elizabeth. She died at the age of 29 in 1644.
