Martha Mather

Martha was born in 1852 in Leigh.¹

Martha's father was Edward Mather and her mother was Betty Abbott. She had three brothers and a sister, named John, James, Samuel and Martha.  She was the oldest of the five children.  She died at the age of 6 in 1858 in Westhoughton.¹
