John Mather 
John was born on August 23rd, 1893 in Queensland.1 John's father was John Mather and his mother was Eliza Harriet Wellard. His paternal grandparents were Ralph Mather and Joanna Grey. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, George, Samuel, Hilda, Eva, Sarah, Ivy and Ellen. He had an adopted brother named Charles. He died at the age of 62 on March 25th, 1956 in Brisbane.1 General Notes
