Amy Ethel Mather

Amy was born in June 1892 in Halliwell.

Amy's father was Thomas Mather and her mother was Hannah Greenhalgh. Her paternal grandparents were James Mather and Ann Riley. She had two sisters named Gertrude and Florence. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 93 in 1985.

General Notes
- In 1918, Amy married John Henry Wilcox (1888-1971). They had a daughter Beatrice (1919-2013) and a son John Wilcox (1925-1931) whom is buried with them.
