There are two Benjamins Mayoh born about 1777 and also two Sarah Mayoh deaths in Turton in 1862 and 1867
In 1841, Benjamin and Sarah Mayoh (66 & 60), were farmers at Butterworths, Turton. John Mather (55, labourer) was with them. Butterworths is NE of Bedford Row, Egerton.
In 1851, Benjamin and Sarah (75 & 74) are at Butterworths, Turton with John Mather (69, Ag labourer).
Sarah died in 1862. Benjamin and Sarah do not appear to have had children. The farm was left to their niece Mary Halliwell, wife of John. Sarah's effects were under £100.
