John Lomax

John's father was Smalshaw (Smasho) Lomax and his mother was Esther Smith. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Jeffrey, William, Thomas, Anne, Alice, Mary and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 17 in February 1792 in Bolton. His burial was on February 2nd, 1792 at St. Peter's (Bolton).²
