Robert was born on January 1st, 1823 in Bolton.1  Robert's father was John Kirkman and his mother was Milly (Amelia) Lomax.  His maternal grandparents were Joseph Lomax and Betty Haslam.  He died at the age of 33 on November 11th, 1856 in Wyoming (WY).2 



Robert's first family with Mary Ellen Lawson

‌Robert and Mary were married in a religious ceremony on August 17th, 1845 at St. Peter's (Bolton).3   They had a son named Robert.  The family line is yet to be completed.

‌Robert and Ann were married.  The family line is yet to be completed.
