14 Feb 1813, Andrew was the only child baptised at Egerton Independant.
11 Mar 1841, Andrew Hamer (29), "son of Thomas a spinner and Mary his wife" arrived in NSW. Sarah Jane daughter of |Edward Stott a spinner was also on same ship (next page).
Andrew and Sarah were married in a religious ceremony on October 16th, 1836 at Manchester Cathedral.3 They had two sons and two daughters, named Ted, Michael, Mary and Alice.
