Jesse Goodfellow

Jesse was born in 1831 in Hyde and his baptism took place on December 30th, 1832 in Ashton-under-Lyne.¹²

Jesse's father was John Goodfellow and his mother was Alice Davenport. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Joshua, Uriah, Lois, Alice and Martha. He was the sixth oldest of the seven children. He had three half-brothers named Simeon, Benjamin and Jacob.

- In 1841, Jesse was 10, living with parents John (60, Joiner) and Mary at Audenshaw.
  
  In 1853, Jesse married Mary Wild as Ashton-under-Lyne.
  
  After he married, Like his siblings, Jesse also emigrated to the USA. He died in Salt Lake, Utah.
