Roger was born in 1604 in Cheshire and his baptism took place there on August 26th, 1604.1  Roger's father was Sir Edward Fyton and his mother was Dame Anne Fyton. He had a brother and three sisters, named Edward, Anne, Ales and Jane.  He was the third oldest of the five known children.
