Ann Foster

Ann was born in November 1787 in Bolton and her baptism took place on November 4th, 1787 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹

Birth Notes

Ann's father was James Foster and her mother was Margaret Mather. Her maternal grandparents were John Mather and Jane Holt. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Roger, James, Richard, John, Catherine and Peggy. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
