Abigail Eddows

Abigail was born in June 1846 in Worsley and her baptism took place on July 12th, 1846 at St. Mary-the-Virgin (Eccles).¹

Abigail's father was John Eddows and her mother was Ann Hall.  Her paternal grandparents were Ralph Eddowes and Abigail Blythen. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Ralph, John, William, Sarah, Elizabeth and Amelia.  She was the oldest of the seven children.  She died at 10 months old in April 1847 in Barton upon Irwell.  She was buried on April 21st, 1847 at St. Mary-the-Virgin (Eccles).^2 3
