Elizabeth's father was Charles Eddowes and her mother was Frances Toose. She had a brother and two sisters, named Charles, Fanny and Frances. She was the youngest of the four known children. She died at the age of 22 on December 19th, 1855 in Wrexham. Her burial was on December 26th, 1855 in Brymbo.³⁴
