Wilhelmine was born on July 11th, 1871 in Hannover and her baptism took place there on July 23rd, 1871.1  Wilhelmine's father was Georg Heinrich Christoph Dittmer and her mother was Katharine Dorothee Wedemann.  Her paternal grandparents were Johann Heinrich Christoph Dittmer and Catharina Magdalena Bockelmann. She had a brother and two sisters, named Georg, Katharine and Emma.  She was the youngest of the four children. She had a half-sister named Anna.  She died at the age of 1 on November 19th, 1872 in Hannover.  Her burial was on November 22nd, 1872 in Hannover.1
