Mally was born in 1774 in Ashton-under-Lyne.  Mally's father was Joshua Buckley and her mother was Mary Hague. She had two brothers named John and Joshua.  She was the oldest of the three children.  She died at the age of 1 on September 17th, 1775 in Ashton-under-Lyne.
