Charles was born on February 27th, 1851. Charles' father was Benjamin Joseph Buckley and his mother was Harriet E Lewis. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Buckley and Julia Chapman. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Seymour, Albert, Lewis, Elijah, Miles, Edward, Norman, Henry and Louise. He died at the age of 73 on May 10th, 1924.
