Fanny's father was George Brereton and her mother was Margaret Taylor.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Brereton and Frances Stokes. She had two brothers named Hugh and Thomas.  She was the second oldest of the three known children.  She died at the age of 2 in February 1802 in Betley.  She was buried on February 4th, 1802 in Betley.¹
