Ann's father was Hugh Brereton and her mother was Mary Withers.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Brereton and <Unknown>. She had two brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Hugh and Sarah.  She was the oldest of the four children.  She died as an infant at 8 months old in March 1726 in Wybunbury.  She was buried on March 13th, 1726 in Wybunbury.¹
