Ann Jane Bradshaw

Ann was born in 1868 in Little Bolton and her baptism took place on December 20th, 1868 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹²

Ann's father was William Bradshaw and her mother was Martha Coltart. She had four brothers and a sister, named John, Richard, William, Herbert and Elizabeth. She was the third oldest of the six children.

- 2 Jan 1893, George Mather (26), a bleacher of 59 George Street, Astley Bridge, son of Samuel Mather a labourer married Ann Jane Bradshaw (24) of 206 St George Road, daughter of James Bradshaw a fruitier.
  
  As well as Ada and Martha born in Sharples, there were two sons Joseph and Herbert with births and deaths registered in Burnley (for Joseph) and Tonge (for Herbert).
  
  In 1911, George, Ann Jane and their two daughters were living in Bolton.
